I need to buy an international phone card, but don't want to buy the KDDI Super World Card.
I bought one of these last month for 1000 yen at a convenience store and all I got was 18 minutes to call North America.
18 minutes!!! What a rip-off!
Does anybody know any other phone cards that actually offer a decent value?
BTW, my computer is down and I don't own a smart phone, so Skype and What's App? are not options for me.

| If you have a smartphone, I recommend Google Hangouts - it is free to call any number in the US - not sure about Canada. You can even go to a convenience store, connect to the wifi there, then call back home with it for free. |
