There is so much wrong that I wouldn't even know where to start. Suffice it to say that one of the classic marks of a really bad place to work is high turnover. Chewing up teachers is something at which AFA TJ excels. Venture here at your own risk.

2 of the teachers that were hired in January (to replace teachers who quit early) plan to break their contracts at the end of the semester. I guess this equates to a greater that 100% turnover.

I think you ought to start somewhere. Start at the beginning and things that happened directly to you, not things you heard about from a friend or a coworker.
