The summer schools will soon be here. Anyone have tips, do's, or donts for DoS or centre managers? I have plenty of experience supervising at my regular school, but first time at summer schools  |

Have you started, how's it going?
I've done a few and was an ADoS last year. I preferred the teaching side as I could just get on with it in the classroom, in my own little bubble!
The managers are often dealing with demanding group leaders, and depending on the quality of the teachers they could have any number of issues to sort out.
Drunken debauchery etc
One thing that I have noticed is that "Accredited by the British Council" doesn't seem to mean a thing. |
