Hey, pennies for your thoughts ... I'm wondering how to rank the colleges: Shinas, Ibri, Al Musanna, Muscat, Nizwa, Ibra & Salalah.

I'm fine about being isolated and even reckon that people might be friendlier the more isolated you get. But then being a loner, if you want to be that, could make you seem unsociable in a less peopled place.

Being close to the water might afford the chance to swim which i would dig.

Muscat would have more population density and the facilities therefore. More things to do perhaps.

Internet - Is internet an issue in some of these places.

Muscat as a ranking of <1 > ...I'd reckon. There might be foreign film nights.. Better access to western bread and cheese etc..

Are there issues I haven't thought of? Each college will have its character and pros and cons I suppose.
