Hi,
I am curious if anyone knows who will be taking over the contract at RSAF Base in Dhahran in November. For the past three years Blue Force has had it but now it is up to a bid from several companies. A decision was supposed to be made in July but it may be pushed back.
Advancia seems to be the rumoured winner but apparently there are other bids such as Blue Force, Chenega and other companies.
How do these bids work? I heard that the lowest bid wins. |

A Race to the bottom in teacher's salaries and benefits is NORMAL in today's NWO!. .. simply put it is much easier for worker's to be paid LOW wages by employers as to control them ....as they will live paycheck by paycheck for theither livelihood!  |
