This has to be the first on the planet that has confused online learning with face-to-face learning. Although this is an online establishment, they require the teachers to be on site in small studios, as per their definition, and expect online teachers to adhere to standards as face-to-face teachers. Although they do offer the medical, visa and a salary of 45 000 baht a month, the VISA you will never have, the medical will not come through only until after he third month and even when you do get it, the coverage is local and limited. The best of their lack of commitment is that you will be informed they will keep 5% of your pay to cover your so called bonus!! Yes, that is correct, the 5% will be reimbursed to you once you have completed the contract.

I have read about schools of this type in China. There will probably be more in the future in more places, and few are likely to be reputable.
