I have to admit, I'm skeptical. Firstly, the story has only appeared in tabloid news sites. There doesn't seem to be any stories more recent than two months ago, not that I could find. The bit about organ harvesters is purely speculative, coming from one source with no supporting evidence. There have been reports of Chinese organ harvesters operating in North Vietnam several years ago, but even if there are active gangs they would have to be remarkably stupid to target westerners.
