Does anyone out here know what has happened to this site? Its not displaying now in Thailand, i.e. socket error, or, page not found 404?

Unknown host.
This means that the domain name wwwlenglishexpert.com no longer maps to an IP address; that is to say it is off the internet. This can happen while a site is transferred to another hosting provider, and normally takes 48 hours, though some hosting providers refuse to transfer the domain as a kind of blackmail.
If it's still offline in a couple of days the most likely explanation is that the guy running it hasn't paid the hosting provider.
Incidentally if you have difficutly getting to a site run the command prompt tin W2000 or WinXP and the MSDOS prompt in Win9* and type
ping www.domain.com
for example and hit enter. If you get a timed out message you can see where the blockage comes from by typing
tracert www.domain.com
instead. |
