I guess Russian cold weather is setting in Moscow 
No Indian summer 
Well, if you are not going to endure cold this is for you 
Looking for cheap winter clothing in Moscow? 
Cannot afford steep prices in Tverskaya?
Don't want to buy cheap wintry scary Russian clothes
or scared by rude crowd in Market? 
well, here is some store chain with prime cost and pretty normal overcoats as well :

I'm curious how it is that beer worked its way into your list. Other than that, you're right. Everything else on your list has... in the words of Monica Lewinski in reference to the Democratic Party, "...left a bitter taste in my mouth."
