I'm looking for a PC. Are there any for sale? What's your price range?
I'm living in Doha.

Cheers....................Titanicman

Buy one new. Second hand PCs are bad value. New one's start in the Gulf at around $300 without monitor. Won't break the bank.

Jarir Bookstore at Junk Food Junction is your best bet for new Pc's or laptops......
For 2nd hand ones ..if your are working for QP try the QP intranet online souk...always loads of pc's and laptops available for sale.

good luck....

I'm not working for QP. How can I access the QP Intranet souk?
Some of my students are QP employees.

Titanic man...doesnt matter if you don't work for QP....

Put on a shirt and pair of slacks and just wander into the QP library on Ras Abu Abboud....
The security guards on the gate will assume you are a new English Instructor....
And the Indian-Pakistani guys who run the library will welcome you with open arms as since they've banned the students from going there they don't get much custom or action.
Just smile a nice big toothy smile at them ..sign the sheet they profer you and log on to the intranet via one of the 10 terminals.

The whole place is so laid back...some might say comotose that you could probably get in there wearing a wizards outfit..while singing Christmas carols and simaultaneosly break dancing.
Good Luck.
