The Times Educational Supplement Staffroom has some K-12 chat going on for jobs in Egypt. The TES also hosts a lot of k-12 job advertisements. Keep in mind that most of these jobs are for the qualified teacher. A handful of language schools will hire those w/o a teaching qualification. Most of those schools do not advertise on the TES, though.
