Hi Everyone,
I am looking for a job in Emilia-Romagna teaching English. I am an Italian citizen, a native English speaker (absolutely no accent), I have experience teaching ESL, and I have a bachelor's degree from a highly selective American university. Ironically enough, I have only a basic command of Italian, but find that I can make my way around, since I know Spanish, French relatively well, and I studied Latin. Can anyone offer any leads besides teaching at language schools? I say this because I am looking to actually *save* money. I am particularly interested in working at an Italian public school (or any other of these types of schools, for that matter), since I heard that wages are substantially higher than language schools. Of course, any other suggestions are quite welcome. Thank you very much for reading. |
