| Not much going on about Jordan apart from the unis mentioned in other threads. Has anyone ever heard of any decent jobs in Aqaba? |

I have no information about jobs there but if find you something, be warned that the temperatures in Summer can be absolutely stifling (and ive been in some hot places) . Was there for 3 days a couple of years ago and it was the hottest temperature I have ever been in. Heaven knows how hot it was degree-wise. No-one was outside except yours truly. Stupid. It was like a blanket of fire hitting you. Spoke to one family while I was there who said the temperature was average for the time of year. I thought they were kidding me.
Nice town though.
