Could anyone tell me when interviews for positions might be likely for August 2005 commencement?

I have been offered another position but would prefer the UAE and not sure whether to risk the wait. Have been screened successfully but await a 'possible' interview.

Hi Janette

From what Oman-based colleagues are saying, UGRU (part of UAE University in Al Ain) has already started interviewing, and I think is reasonably well on in the process. HCT has said it will interview some people during the TESOL Arabia conference - not those applying at the Job Fair, but those who have applied previously. Of course, this might be because they are considered to be 'international' applicants and therefore will find it easier to combine conference attendance with interviews rather than travelling to UAE only to interview.
