Yes, Marko's right. It's not a joke. If you want to work as a teacher in Thailand you've got to dress like the Thais do, never mind the weather. It's not a major problem if you live near your school, put on your tie when you get there, chill out in your A/C office then go to teach in your A/C classroom. After awhile you get used to it. The important thing is image. You can't be a teacher if you don't look like one! Smile
