Jitka-san, sorry the original thread got hijacked. It wasn't very helpful to you!
I'm not immediately familiar with the street you named, and am not in the city now. Could you repeat your question with more detail? Then, hopefully I or someone else can give you some useful feedback.

My general advice would still be not to sign anything long-term without seeing the place yourself first. I understand you're trying to line up some kind of housing from Japan so you'll have a place to sleep when you arrive! But even neighborhoods that are considered nice have some holes, of course. If it's just for one or maybe two months, it's probably worth the risk to avoid a hotel or hostel.
