It is a long list, but essentially it contains public institutions of learning. In a nutshell, they are more or less all the same. Pay will tend to be minimal (say 3000 RMB, perhaps 4000), but you get holidays covered by your visa (although summer recess will probably not be paid). Jobs at such schools are lacklustre but comparatively stable (by CHinese standards). THis means you know what you are going to teach several months down the road - unlike in private training centres where your schedule changes every once in a while.

I can only comment on the Puiching school (you name it as "COmmercial School" - don't know if I am talking about the same one!).
There is a locality outside Guangzhou, Huadu, which is famed for its Puiching school, a nprivate college school.
Pay is minimal but someone posted on the Job Info forum a rather positive report.
