Has anyone had any experience with, or heard anything about, ACPEN Academy? I�m trying to get info so I can decide ASAP whether to work there. I know these things from the interviews, by the way, if anyone cares:
-net pay is CH$3600/hr (only for class time, of course, the huevones sinverguenzas, but that seems to be the norm), which equates to US$6.20-$6.40/hr (based on exch.rate 560-580 pesos/US$)
-but they offer 35 hrs/week (that seems like a lot, compared to others?)
-so that�s CH$25,200 (US$43) per day, CH$126000 (US$217)/wk, CH$504000 (US$860-900) per month. See, I�m sharing info. And they have a weird-sounding method where teachers have different students, don�t require or provide work permits, teachers don�t sign contracts, etc.
So does anyone know anything about what it�s like to actually work there? Exp., rumors, anything would help. Thanks so much! |
