I would be interested to hear from any non-EU passport holders who are currently teaching in the EU (legally). How did you secure your working visa? |

The individual member states issue visa. I know there is a Schengen agreement signed by some members, but you will find that working papers and how they are issued are a question at national, not EU level. Confused ? |

How soon can a non-EU citizen married to an EU citizen begin working in the EU? |

This is a matter for individual states. I think (!!????) Even if it were decided at EU level, implementation would be left to the individual member states and there would not be uniformity. Where do you want to go ? Portugal, Finland, St Pierre and Miquelon ? Greece ? |
