Everybody loves to about Bangkok traffic.

Now you can watch it in real-time from anywhere in the world.

I stumbled onto this while surfing for new links today:

http://gvd-tech.thhost.com/live.html (GVD-TECH :: live Bangkok traffic webcams)

If you click on #1, you'll see 'ground zero' in Bangkok; Victory Monument.

Link #50 takes you near Hua Lam Phong, the central Bangkok train station.

Link #62 shows an amazingly clear view of the very popular Khao San Road!

Link #68 is also very cool; overlooking the Rama VIII Bridge.

And if you click on #24, you'll see a link to Sukhumvit 71 Road - where I live.

Click on VGA on the left margin for a full-screen shot.

PS: the links in the navigation bar are in Thai, but don't let that stop you from clicking around a little!

PS 1: if you get a popup prompting you to install Active X Camera Control, go ahead and do it; it's not a virus.

PS 2: If the video is really blury, that means it's probably raining here! Wink

PS 3: Like all streaming video websites, sometimes the server is up, and sometimes it's down.

If you can't get a connection, try again tomorrow!

While I'm at it, 2 more live cams just for fun:

http://www.samuicam.com/ (Koh Samui)

http://www.webcamthailand.com/ (Krabi)

If you don't have Axis Active X Camera Control software on your 'puter, you can download it for free here:

And here are some cute streaming videos from a Thai school that do not require any special software:

And finally, a link to Radio Bangkok Online, hosted by ThaiVisa.com:

Almost like being here!
