hey guys, just a quick question, as most schools only offer contracts for 8/9 months, how long do it take for them to offer you a permanent contract if you keep working for the same school;
Do you have to work 3 yrs on these 8/9month contracts till they see you're a serious career teacher and offer you a more permanent one!
PLEASE HELP as this is a deciding factor on if i come to italy or take a teaching job in a state school in the UK!!
