| Can anyone tell me what is the cheapest way to make long distance telephone calls in Kuwait? It seems to me that Kuwait is very expensive when it comes to long distance phone calls compared to other gulf countries. ANy info is appreciated. Again please PM me if you wish. |

If you have high speed internet, you can use VOIP. I have friends that use Skype.
