Has anyone heard of or worked for the American Creativity Academy in Kuwait? I am in discussion with them about employment for next year, and I would appreciate any feedback, either positive or negative.

The more you know...
Thanks

The American Creativity Academy is a relatively new school in Kuwait. Though i haven't worked with them personally, i have met a few people who are in charge of running the school. They came across as nice people and portrayed a good image of the school.

However, all correspondence i have seen from the school, seems to be in Arabic.

Also heard from a few locals that the school is a good one. Haven't heard anything negative so far.

Hello! I work at this school (American Creativity Academy) now so I can better guide you...

The school is HUGE - two campuses (one for boys and one for girls). Overall it has a good reputation in Kuwait. The school toots itself as being "creative" in the way that it respects and promotes islamic values while teaching an American curriculum. I think it does this fairly well. The main point you want to know about ACA is they follow the ISLAMIC calendar rather than an Am. calendar. Therefore, there is NO Christmas holiday (you have two weeks off still... but not over christmas - and you get the 25th off). Overall, the school is very fair with their staff (salary, benefits etc.); they have a great health insurance plan too.

Please let me know your specific questions and I will try to answer them the best I can.

Cheers,
Alyshia Very Happy
