| Employers in the Middle East tend to hire direct. the phenomenon of the "recruiter" as found in Korea is not a feature of the EFL job market here. |

As usual, Scot is correct.
There are some recruiting agencies out there, but I have never heard anything good about any of them in the Gulf. I would avoid them totally.
Saudi is, as usual, the odd man out. There are more recruiters working there and some of them might even be reputable. I just couldn't name one. If you are dealing with one of them, this is a good place to ask about them.
Deal with the employers directly is the best advice.
