Is anyone out there working at a kindergarten or elementary school in Tokyo? I'm considering taking a position teaching kindergarten and elementary school children. I currently work at an Eikaiwa teaching all ages... I enjoy teaching young children but was just wondering what is like doing it full time at a kindergarten. I'm interested to hear any experiences either positive or negative.
