It's a fabulous salary. Do remember you'll lose a big chunk to income tax though. |

A very good package ...even good for an expensive city like Mumbai ceteris paribus. lol
However, u may want to find out about the foll-
a) The tax implications - or the after tax salary.
b) Find out about this first -the take home pay - the money that u actually carry home / month. Salary structures could be different. Do have have a salary break-up yet?
c) Your spending habits and all...]
Otheriwse go for it. Lastly, also confirm the credibilty of your employer...find out more ...or if u'd like to share it on this forum...others also meybe able to give inputs on ur employer's reputation.
Regards, |

Tax is around 30%. There may well be other deductions as well. |

Did they mention shifts? It sounds as though you'll be doing call centre coaching in which case it will be 11pm till 7am or the like due to their North American clients.
That could be as painful as any tax burden. |

What makes you think it's call centre stuff? Certainly not for the US (the guy is being flown from the UK). |
