I know jobs are apparently easy to find in PP and SR, but what about other areas?

Is there any demand in the smaller areas? And if so, would they even be worth it?

I am currently living and teaching in Shandong, China, and in August of this year I will be moving to teach in Lijiang, Yunnan until the summer of 2008, after which I think I would like to go on to Cambodia.

The pay sounds, on the low end, not bad at all. $6-8/hr is the minimum wage in most of America, and I'll assume the dollar goes further here than in the States.

Also, I see people are paid hourly rather than salary such as I get now...

How much hours a month is normal? Do schools in Cambodia have problems with you working for other school to gain more hours?

How about private tutoring? Is there much of a demand, and is it allowed?

Thanks.
