Hello Short Ajay,
Welcome to the India forum!
My advice to you would be to search directly via the call centres themselves. Most call centre are classed as BPO's. That's Business Process Outscourcing. If you google that you will find a mine field of sites and companies all over India. They may not hire voice trainers themselves but could give you the details of their clients perhaps or a nudge in the right direction.
Where are you planning on going? Do you have a preference Delhi? Bangalore, Bombay etc? If looking in delhi, I suggest you check out anywhere in Noida. That is THE call centre hub with many many international companies working out of there.
Another useful site would be to check out www.indiamike.com
It's the best site for any info regarding India.
Don't hesitate to contact me if needed.
Good luck |
