My husband and I have just moved here. He is unemployed and I am just starting my residency permit and work visa process to be a freelance English teacher.

We need health insurance. How do we do this? We currently do not have a bank account or anything because we just arrived a week ago. What paperwork do we need before getting insurance?

Also, does anybody know of an English-speaking gynecologist and psychiatrist? I have just moved from Istanbul and need to get some prescriptions changed over to whatever they use in Germany.
