I am wanting to go back to London on Jan 7th or 8th and I called EZ travel and they told me all flighst for these days are booked! Is this possible; what can i do?

try calling other travel agencies, call the airlines directly, go to the airport and talk to different airlines at the ticket counter, just a few options off the top of my head

Ask EZ if you can get to Hong Kong. If so, try Last Minute Hong Kong.
http://www.lastminute.com.hk (it looks like they have one way flights for a little over 200 pounds - if I've done the conversions correctly)
They only offer flights out of HK, but I've found their service very good. You'll need to pay for the ticket in HK or use a credit card. Of course, if you have CC the best, but most tedious, way to buy it is on line.

Also, as Wally said, try another agent. I've found that some agents only offer tickets through some airlines and not others.
