I would like to know, from those of you with teaching experience in Cambodia, how stable are the employers?

Meaning, do you get paid on time? at the agreed upon rate? Also, are they generally easy to work with?

Of course no where is perfect but there should be some degree of sensibility.

Previously, I have worked in Thailand and had my share of hang-ups with my employer, but no major problems luckily. I am wondering if Cambodia is generally the same?

Thanks.
