What are my chances for finding an apartment (I grew up in an RV so I'm not into buying American-style luxury housing I can't afford like most folks in my country) in Santiago for under $20,000 that I could sell for more than $20,000 after holding it for a couple of years?

What are my chances of saving money doing ESL with rent, thus, taken out of the picture?

I did manage to save several thousand $ in Washington, D.C. working for $9 per hour for one summer for 35 hours per week and having to pay for my own housing.

When I start, I will have a CELTA or an IDELT from BridgeTEFL, a university degree in English, and 1 year experience teaching (but not ESL)?
