Exactly. From day one they have changed consultant firm or consultants one after the other, they have been through companies from California, different states, Australia, the UK and New Zealand. Some of these peole and their educational organizations are very highly regarded and respected.

It's not clear why they keep chaging advisors and consultants but it causes problems for the schools, teachers and advisors. Many advisors quit good jobs in their home country expecting a long stable contract here and then get the pink slip at the end of a few months. Very bad treatment of the ladies from New Zealand, many of them quit very good jobs to come here and then were sent back within 6 months to a year because they weren't happy with their no nonsense sensible approach to teacher training and curriculum. A lot of money has been wasted. I don't know what the solution is. Education shopping is not always a good thing.

All national teachers got a 60% pay raise. All other teachers got nothing!

As they say, be wary of any organization that uses the word 'supreme'. It has a very different connotation in Arabic.
