Do you think that he will be joining our forum soon. According to Sky news this morning he has started teaching English to the Spanish! |

Imagine what it would do for TEFL if Sir Dave was associated with the business? Imagine the marketing potential! Whoa!

Saint John the Divine wrote: |
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. |
It would be a disaster of biblical proportions.
The Ewan McGregor ads in Japan were bad enough. I think that more rational hiring policies, greater assistance with professional development, and efforts of reform in educational insitutions would do this industry a lot more good than some footballer's publicity stunt. |

dduck, he got an OBE didn't he - not a knighthood. Hardly worth much IMO, my great grandfather got an MBE and he did much more for international relations than David Beckham - he fought for the Empire in Afghanistan |
