I am well aware that CELTA is good but not necessary. However, I wish to know what is the difference in pay, if any between a person with a BA/BS and a CELTA, and to a person with a BA/BS without CELTA? |

Honestly, in Peru, I-ve never seen a pay different. Or for peopel with experience. For example, I-ve worked at one institute and have interviewed at several others.
People start at the same pay, regardless of their education and experience and get pay raises according to the time in that particular institute. But more likely than not, you-ll stay with the same pay for years. |
