does anyone know if you have celta and 2 years experience teaching overseas you can get a job in oz in a neas accredited school?no degree |

It doesn't seem likely.

Generally speaking, a degree is a basic level of education for people who teach in Australia. I'm sure there are some places you could work without one... but you'd be placed second to anyone else who had one.
But you could always call/email and inquire further. |

I think this is a good post, relevant to a number of people, myself included. What is the signifiance of NEAS in Australian language schools, do all language schools have to abide by the NEAS requirements for teachers? If so, it seems that if you don't have a degree you simply can't teach? |

Yep, do what iHoot suggests - which is what I did, and ended up being able to pick and choose.....
However, make sure you have some other source of income too, and pay truly is abysmal!
