Hi all!

I've been racking my brain for the past year, reading these forums, and trying to decide if i should make the big move to Warsaw. Today my working holiday visa finally came in the mail and things somehow got official! I'll be in Warsaw in 4 days but looking back at my bank statements and credit card bills.. it took a lot more money to get this far than I intended.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any schools in Warsaw open for the summer months that do summer programmes for children, teens, adults etc??? I need to recover some expenses fast!

I'm also looking for work here and there for the upcoming months in autumn. Is there a key list of reputable schools in warsaw, or black list? Any recommendations? I'm a Canadian, CELTA qualified and 3 years experience in Russia and Asia. I also plan to be in Poland long term so any tips from the seasoned veterans are greatly appreciated.

They're not the greatest payers in the world but i'd be knocking on Tower's door as soon as you get here if not contacting them before.
Go to google.pl type in "tower warszawa" and it'll be the first link.

You'll have to be tenacious, determined, have a thick skin and work hard to find opportunities at this time of year but Warsaw is the best place to find work now - at least half the city doesn't go on holiday at the same time.

A good starting point. Thanks for the advice! I'm feeling quite positive but we'll see how long it takes for me to change my tune Wink

Judging from this forum, it will take 2-3 years. Call it 'going native'. Laughing
