I've noticed there have been quite a few comments lately on the job info journal about English Time. Have they really become bad or are the comments from a few disgruntled ex employees? I never had any major issues with them. If you were doing the job properly and keeping the students happy then you were left alone and paid on time. it was a reasonble place to work. What has changed?

I worked at English Time for a few months and have to say that I never had any problems with them at all. In fact, I really enjoyed my time there. They let me teach my classes the way I wanted to and always paid on time and the salary was pretty good. In my opinion it's mainly just disgruntled employees who had a bad time there. I say this because I actually worked with one of the guys who has posted a negative comment on the journal - I know for a fact that this person's contract was terminated early by English Time management due to his own unreliability and incompetence. Ok so the management can maybe be a little bit unaccomodating at times but, as dmb says, as long as you do your job and keep the students happy, English Time is just fine.
