Do they look after all the immigration details including costs? This is one big hassle i find here ( in Indonesia).

I think the employers do not pay for the visa here, at least the army doesn't. However, the cost is reasonably low (less than 100 USD for a 3-year visa). On the bright side, as long as your children are not adopted, they will have tickets paid for every year. The wife of course enjoys the same deal.

HCT and ZU do not discriminate against adopted children, although there used to be a clause in the ZU contract which stated that they would not receive air fares, schooling, etc.
