First time poster, here. I got my TESOL certification last month and I've recently moved to Rivarolo, in the Canavese (about 30 minutes from Turin). I'm looking for any recommendations as to good schools to work for in the area. I'm happy to travel to Turin, but I know that places like Castellamonte and Ivrea have some schools as well.

Unfortunately I have only very little experience. Currently I am assisting in a small private school, doing mostly one-on-one testing and evaluating of students. However I am working nearly full time with this and consider it good experience. Can anyone recommend any schools in the area? British? Wall Street? In Lingua? etc. I'm looking for positions for January 2010, but unfortunately my Italian is still very weak.

Any comments/recommendations appreciated!

Ciao!

Was driving through the Canavese and past Ivrea less than an hour ago, and I think we've played Rivarolo at footie but I don't have any specific information of schools in the area..
My only suggestion would be to look at yellow pages (Pagine Gialle). Ivrea is the home of Olivetti so there could be a demand. Big TV studios at St Giorgio so there might be a bit of money there looking to be spent on English lessons. It depends how mobile you are. Nice area though and within a short distance of good skiing!
