| International Center for Dialogue and Education (ICDE) is a communication development, cultural exchange, networking and language teaching initiative located in Lapa, in the heart of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We have a multicultural team of certified Native and Brazilian Educators for General and Business English as well as volunteer monitors who are trained to become teachers for the future.
