Hi,

I am moving to sao paulo in january to get my celta and then I plan on traveling to the South of Brazil to look for a job. I am buying my plane ticket, which is required for a tourist visa. I have one question: If I receive a 90 day visa and leave before 90 days are up, what do I need to do to return to Brazil?

I was thinking that I would fly back to the U.S. and visit Miami for a bit and then try to go back to Brazil. The ticket is much cheaper than flying all the way back to California. I will try to get the 5 years visa because I know that it means that I can return to Brazil many times within 5 years. But if I am not granted the 5 year visa then do I need to visit the consulate in Miami to apply for another 90 day visa? And what is the chance of me getting one? If I have already been in Brazil for less than 90 days will it be easy for me to return?

Please help! I need to buy my ticket soon before the prices go up!
