Feel free to PM. Can anyone tell me about the ban policy in Kuwait? Is it similar to other Gulf states? Just general info. Generally speaking, will employers provide the employee with a NOC? What is the length of the ban from Kuwait if you resign? |

thinking about quitting, ah?
where you at, MOD or AUM?
doesn't matter,
re a 'ban' - should you 'pull a runner', your last employer can petition the ministry of interior to have you blacklisted from ALL the GCC countries. I have heard but i have not verified that even then after a new passport number (new passport) you can re-enter clean.
re 'transferring your [work] visa, as per the notice period in your work contract or 15 days (labor law), give them notice, end your employment then transfer to a new employer. if for any reason your sponsor won't transfer, then file a case against them with the minsitry of social affiars and labor (they for the most part are remarkably quick and fair) or leave the country (after they've cancelled your visa) and re-enter with either a new work visa or a tourist visa .
there is no NOC pers se,
within the first 100days of a contract, no notice needs to be given |

Quitting ? I do not think so. He has posted the same inquiry on Qatar, KSA,Oman and UAE threads !
What is this ? Are you planning on breaking your contract and want to find which country will treat you most leniently ? |
