I have a history BA with teaching licenses in Social Studies and Special Education.

I wanted to get a masters in education so that someday I can have a leg up for when I teach english abroad, but it turns out my masters will be a "Master of Arts with a certificate in ABA".

Will this have any worth in the TEFL world?

Only if it's got a teaching focus which you can make explicit to schools. Otherwise, it's an unrelated MA. These have little perceived value in the field today - Language Teaching is a field of study and work, after all! Increasing numbers of teachers with actual related graduate quals (MA TESL/TEFL, MA Applied Linguistics) mean that degrees that are peripheral or unrelated don't inspire schools to hire their holders.
