It is unlikely that your employer will let you transfer to another job. |

Nothing to do with your employer if you're on a business visa. |

They can still cancel your business visa unfortunately - which would stop you re-entering the country. |

Resi Visa's : When leaving country you MUST get your Final Exit Visa, this will then allow you to re-apply. If you cant get a Final Exit Visa, then get a new passport and re-apply.
Business Visa's: Once you have left country and your visa has expired then you can re-enter under a new company invitation.
If you need to come in before the old visa expires then apply for a new passport, apply for new visa and you will be able to enter.
Hope that helps.

Guy's
Some advice, PROOF READ your CV's, seriously, if using TEFL.com to apply, check your answers (Most basic mistake was listing languages spoken, putting down beginner and then leaving the box ticked as native speaker) worst mistake was name spelt incorrectly throughout the whole CV, then a new CV sent two days later with correct spelling.
Spelling was awful on most, less than 10% of CV's received contained no spelling mistakes....
Attachments, great, love em, BUT I don't need to see the professional picture you had taken 12 years ago of you in your best suit, especially if it's 5mb
