Hey guys... I am a British and Italian citizen. I've been teaching English in a language school on a contratto progetto for 2 years. I make about 10 payment contributions to INPS each year. I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to claim 'disoccupazione' or any other sort of 'dole' in Italy for the summer when I won't be employed?

To be sure you should contact your INPS office. But as far as I know it is not possible with a contratto a progetto. I claimed it once, a few years ago and at that time you had to have a contratto a tempo indeterminato o tempo determinato for at least 18 months.... So I'm afraid you can't claim anything. To be sure just contact INPS and they will give you a straight answer. Or check their internet site, you'll probably find your answer there.
