I doubt they posted about the mad sergeant major......

I know of two ladies leaving there after working there for more than 7 years, due to bad management over the past 12 months.

Well I did do a search but I could not find anthing I will search....
can anyone tell me why the management is bad?... The superintendent has been in touch with me and seems really nice so far... unless it''s just an act to reel me in?...
I will try searching for older posts about this school... I mean is it horrible or tolerable level of bad management?

Please advise...

Look at Newinseoul and what happened to her: she asked last year about ATIS, she was warned on this board not to accept the offer and now wishes she had heeded the warnings, so my advice : heed the warnings.

I sent her the signed contract because the offer seemed good...

Just send an email saying that you are unable to accept the job at this time... so sorry... blah blah blah... do it ASAP so they don't start any visa procedures.

look, the moderators get hot under the collar if we give names or other descriptors that point to certain people
but ask the superintendent
where they have recently worked and why they left?
easy enough to double check or to question them.
example, ooohhh you weren't even qualified to be a 'librarian' and now you're a 'superintendent'? Makes me go hhhhhmmmm

that's a fair enough interview question as as the interviewee gets asked that ....

"Crazy" one is the current one. Only in the position for a year - was fired from another school.

Ok people I was offered a job and then I went to kuwait However I went in and I knew she didnt like me for what ever reason soooooo I got back home the next day I emailed her some questions. She sends me back all the documents I emailed her- I didnt even ask for it. I email her and say that is not what I asked for...etc etc...she LIES and tells me that the ministry did not approve of my documents-certification, degrees etc... I am already working in a gulf country so how can I not be approved...

I am so glad I did not resign from my current post.. God knows how this psychopath even got the post of a superintendent..she does not even spell check or have proper grammar,,,ughhhh....
however there was one woman I met there-she was a sweet heart and the school is pretty.. but the super has to go otherwise she will run that school into the ground-Kuwaiti govt needs to send that mess back home to wherever it is they found her...like totally ewwwwwww
