Hi,
I have an offer to teach primary school in Kuwait. I have a bachelor's and teaching certification, and 3 years experience teaching primary ages.
The offer is 870 KD + free accomodation incl. utilities, return flights, 2 months summer pay.
Is this standard for primary teachers? How much will I be able to save per month? Is it necessary to buy a car there?

That's not a bad salary but you need to look at what the annual increase is.
Also, what kind of accom is it? Some is not good- small bedsit type, shared, in less than pleasing areas.
It's best to have a car- but will you have a work visa?
