What amazes me is that he worked there for so long.
I really think the lowering of pay is due to greed. All the owners are trying to get rich off of one person.
Raise the rates and cut pay.
Most of the owners I know live in nice houses and drive nice cars. I know they take the risk but enough is enough. |

Yup,the typical Pole always has a sour face on with respect to life and finances but a good many of them are pretty comfortable.
My old school owners cut salaries each of the past 3 years but were sporting new Jaguars and at least a dozen large properties in Poland. |
