Need some info.
How difficult will it to find a decent priced hotel during this time?
Will be in Manila and would like to go to Boracay for a day / night at the beach.
Also cheap clean centrally located hotel suggestions would be awesome.

1 night on Boracay will be an expensive adventure.
Flight to/from Caticalan, hotel ($50 is pretty much the going rate for low end stuff for one-night stays at peak times), then add in your food/beverage and entertainment (also won't be cheap).
If your flight goes to Kalibo rather than Caticlan then add an extra 2-3 hours each way to your transit times.
It isn't the back-packer paradise it once was (like 10 years ago).
Your one night adventure will run you US$300 by the time the dust settles.
There are lots of beaches closer to Manila that will be cheaper and easier to get to.
